Below you’ll find our current forms and applications for participation in the Yuletide Fair, our annual scholarship, and community grant funding. 🎄 2026 Yuletide Fair Crafter Application
Event Date: Saturday, November 21, 2026
Location: Cooperative Middle School, Stratham, NH
APPLICATION AVAILABLE MAY 1, 2026
The Yuletide Fair is open to crafters selling handmade items only. This application covers booth options, event guidelines, and how to reserve your spot.
📝 Apply early—spaces fill quickly, and applications postmarked by May 31 are given priority.
💙 Community Grant Application
EAGFWC awards $10,000 in annual grant funding to a New Hampshire-based nonprofit making a positive community impact. This form outlines eligibility, required documentation, and expectations for recipients.
💡 Applications are due by February 1 each year. A representative must be available to attend a GFWC meeting if selected.
