The EAGFWC Yuletide Fair

(Always the Saturday before Thanksgiving)
Each year, over 100 local crafters gather at the Exeter Area GFWC Yuletide Fair to kick off the holiday season. Join us for handmade goods, raffle prizes, and festive cheer while supporting community causes across the Seacoast.
This beloved tradition is one of the largest annual fundraisers for EAGFWC, helping us power our service projects, donations, and advocacy efforts throughout the year.

$1 suggested donation to benefit the NH Food Pantry
Held indoors at Exeter High School (unless otherwise noted)
Craft Vendor Information
All crafts must be handmade by the applicant. Vendors are asked to submit photos of their work to ensure variety and avoid overcrowding similar booths.
This is not a juried show, but we do review submissions to maintain a balanced and festive experience for attendees.

Any crafter! All items must be handmade by the vendor. This is not a juried fair, but first-time applicants are asked to include photos of their work.

Only handmade goods. Manufactured or resale items are not permitted. You must list all items you intend to sell on your application—if it’s not listed and approved, it can’t be displayed or sold.

Yes. To keep things balanced, we limit the number of vendors offering similar types of crafts. If a category fills up, you’ll be placed on a waitlist.

Gym/Cafeteria (10’ x 10’) – $100
Hallway (12’ x 6’) – $85
Hallway (8’ x 6’) – $70

You can request the same spot as last year by noting it on your application, but space assignments are not guaranteed. We do our best to accommodate special requests.

Nothing—vendors must bring their own tables and chairs. All equipment must have rubber stoppers on the legs or it won’t be allowed.

Spaces are assigned after we receive your application and payment and approve your craft. Spots fill quickly, so early applications are strongly encouraged!Item description

Applications postmarked by May 31st will be considered in the first placement group.

If accepted, your check will be deposited—this serves as your confirmation. An official confirmation letter will be mailed in September.

No—once your check is deposited, it becomes non-refundable.

You can request electricity, wall space, or other needs on your application. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but there are no guarantees.

No—only one vendor per space is allowed.
